WHAT DO THE SESSIONS INCLUDE?
First session includes:
-A session over Zoom or the phone to discuss medical history (including analysis of medical blood tests if present) & lifestyle assessment.
-A customized nutrition plan to be followed for 7 days. The plan is built according to individual needs, lifestyle, goals and medical condition if present.
-General guidelines on how to follow my nutrition plans.
Rests of the sessions in the package include:
-A weekly follow up via Whatsapp or Zoom. Weight is expected to be sent on the 7th day of following the plan (best to weigh in the morning before breakfast); for those with fitness goals, it is best to do an InBody assessment every 3 weeks to better monitor body composition changes.
-A new customized nutrition plan will be sent within 24 hours after the follow up.
-Any questions / inquiries are to be addressed within 24 hours, in order to start the plan right away.
